The weather is horrible. Its raining and snowing and when it gets cold during the night its HORRIBLE to walk outside the next morning because trust me I have to think about what shoes to wear for 30min! I have no shoes that wouldnt have a slippery bottom! I just know Im going to fall this winter many many times! But talking about shoes, these are my new adoptééés. Theyre FANTASTIC! comfortable and I got them for 50%off!

btw. I feel horrible for not writing loads but I always start things and never really finish and then I get excited over new things.

This is crazy! Like a week ago, I didnt even need a jacket when I went out and now...during 1 night and a day theres snow EVERYWHERE! it was snowing like crazy and there was lightning aswell. its was mad!

Soooo it was halloween night and the start of something really cool! = FLOP!![ http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=26773548556 ] a new monthly gathering of freaks @ Bar Loop in kamppi! It was great and the outfits seen were amazing like you would expect! I just wish I wouldve had my camera with me!!!:( I met amazing new people and it was the greatest halloween party ever! I managed to get home at around 4am and I had to wake up at 8.. not so great.

Its officially halloween since its 1am now.

Yesterday I spent a whole 4 hours, shopping. I bought a glittery jump suit hehe but i cut it up and its now a jacket and well a skirt. It was 5e day at UFF which was quite nice! Which meant EVERYTHING was only 5 euros! only scarves belts and hats were even cheaper... I also bought huuuge shiny blue fake eyelashes.. and a pair of cool high heels. You'll probably see them since im going to wear them tomorrrrow or tonight actually.

While I was sitting in the metro [with (shockingly) no ipod on] on my way home..I heard a young man talking to an older one on how the nights have been so darn cold since he is homeless. He didnt look homeless to me! Except his dirty hands i looked at while he was scratching his head. He stood up and looked at himself from the reflection of the metro window..He raised his collar and told the older man that you must never look poor. When it was my time to get off I could just about hear him saying how his jacket was blue, just like the one he had in the navy... It really made me wonder, why is this man homeless?

Look out your window, what do you see?

It was raining cats and dogs today. Who really says that? not me. It was raining like crazy today.
The ground today looked like someone had dropped their bag of jelly worms. Times a milllllion! They were everywhere!
We went to Kiasma today and ate a piece of an art work. That was the point of it dont worry we wouldnt ruin important art for no reason! I realised they are building a "music house" infront of Kiasma, blocking the city view from the upper level huge window/wall of glass where I love to sit and stare. If you want to see that view of the parliament house, many churches, a fake lake, a ferris wheel and lots of busses, you should visit Kiasma ASAP!!! Its the most calming place you will ever find where you can still count how many red cars have passed.

Today I went to the doctors. It turns out I have lost 3cm from my height during the years!? :( now im only 166 and a half. On the way to the doctors I listened to old people on the tram... They were straight out of a childrens movie. So adorable! The old sir looked like a turtle and at one point he fell asleep. He talked about how he had just visited China and how he got to fly in business class because he had lots and lots of flying points from all the years of travelling. He also told the others that he was sure he saw his mother in heaven while looking out of the aeroplane window. It was amazing how the old gentleman remembered alot of facts. Like how a fully equipped plane to China would weight 285 TONS! The 3 old gorgeous human beings were on their way to a religious meeting. It was so sweet.
I also saw a guy who was not a day older than 15 I swear, but he looked exactly like Patrick Wolf. Bright red hair and a checkered shirt. I bet he thought I was abit odd since I stared at him for ages... By The Way. I love Patrick Wolf.

All my friends went on a cruise to Stockholm to do some "shopping" and "karaoke" for the weekend... Im stuck home doing absolutely nothing, going absolutely nowhere. Watching Giuliano and his bf drunk on cam in the netherlands.Thank your god for skype. SO much fun I say. Ive actually been doing some IRONING!!! and cleaning and baking. Teenage mother alert!

The 3hours and 40+ minutes that have made up today have sucked. Atleast one phase of my life is now officially over and i can move on.

The annual ball last night was pretty sucky aswell. I hate when guys wear blue jeans to parties. And I hate live bands that suck. And I hate having a headache when people are dancing to YMCA. I hated the fact I didnt have enough time to make sure I looked ready. I looked stupid and I feel stupid. Maybe I am stupid.

Today was the last day of our oh so long (5days...) autumn holiday. Nothing interesting happened. Oh yeah something did happen, I forgot my fears and actually went to the east side of helsinki.. technically i live on the east side BUT not really. Its creepy there. Ok maybe just maybe Ive watched the news too much about people getting killed in the ghetto. But that only happens in New York right? Nothing happened in Helsinki today. I bought new cute high heels. They were waiting for me in H&M in the middle of the floor! Ok I guess H&M shoes are not the best quality but they do look darn cute! I LOVE walking in parks when the leaves have fallen on the ground and have an amazing orange colour to them...Just lovely. Oh and today I was in the shop when I spotted this adorable guy. He was wearing a blue (!) leather jacket and lovely glasses..ray-ban. Short brown hair and a hoodie. He was super cute and he was walking infront of me for like 5min, like he knew where I was heading to.. He turned his head about 20 times and I couldnt stop smiling. It was like we were both waiting for the other one to say something.. We even accidentally ended up in the same queue and it was so magical haha. Ok probably lame but it definately made my day. I hope I will bump into him again..Or maybe it was those one of a kind things you always remember and it never happens again. Rant over.

I havent been home for a week, so today I finally came home, dropped my stuff on the floor and rushed to the nearest mirror. It was raining like crazy and though I love the rain, it totally ruined my make-up. So, why not apply some more right. Its nice and relaxing until you cant blink and you're choking on glitter. . .

Halloween is coming and I dont know what to wear. I think I need someone to invent make-up that also solves your problems and makes you think clearly..

The Teenagers!!

so.. On monday the best band ever (close enough) " The Teenagers" were in helsinki.. They had only one gig here and it was at Tavastia, the well known rock "club".. Also known as a place for only 18 yos... That put me off alot since I dont have fake ID or anything.. anyway I decided to walk around Tavastia with my friend. I was at the end of the road when i saw a hot guy infront of Tavastia and I totally knew it was the singer though I couldnt really see him that well.. We started running towards Tavastia like crazy teenagers ( ironic..haahaa... ) and we just spotted the singer going inside but there they were.. Dorian and Michael.. !! I took a pic with them and i was in such a panic cause well, they're super hot. My hands were shaking like crazy and I was talking nonsence to them.. It pretty much made my day, week and month!

We went to this concert. Starring Apocalyptica, Don Johnson Big Band and The Sounds from sweden. It was pretty cool though Ive seen them all before. The tickets cost a huge 1 euro and 80 cents (1,80€). You could get your ticket if you made an ecological promise online.. I think my promise was something like.. I promise to use candles more. Though I hate candles. It was an ok night though I wouldve rather went to the super sweet 16 of Dont Tell Mama, but hey you cant win everytime..

I LOVE the new song "sex on fire" by Kings of Leon !!!! The video is really hot too though they must get in some trouble for tearing up a huge bible.. Im not religious no. Damn that video made me realise that the guys from kings of leon will now visit my dreams every night..absolutely gorgeous looking guys. all of them. so steamy hot! and my god the voice of the singer... Last night me and joona went to see the Daniel Palillo show at the old cable factory. It was VERY cool! The makeup of the girls were so good but oh dear looking at their skinny legs with the HUGE high heels made me start a count down to the moment someone falls, but no! All you could see was the cool confident I dont give a fuck attitude on the pretty young faces. The guys were looking really confidently hot aswell. No doubt! The afterparty was really good too and joonas picture was taken for hel-looks!!![ http://www.hel-looks.com/?p=image/archives/1/20080927_02 Apparently Hanna Sarén was also in the audience but I could only see what i thought was Minna Parikka. Who knows. I think someone OD'd on the free booze because I saw a girl being lifted on a table cause she was way out of it!

Free booze inbetween songs!

We were invited to [a very private] record release party of Kiki Pau. A new hot band with their first album.i think. Anyway! It was süper c00L. Good looking people and their ray-bans, free booze that we didnt drink, the guy from the voice [the music channel] with his video camera and good old indie music. This all happened in an old fashioned tram that the band had rented. We cruised around the center of helsinki for over an hour and it was a great way to relax and enjoy the sunny day! There was also a gig at Stupido Shop later on but hey, we dont mingle with free shop gigs and normal people now do we? (yes we do dont worry..) Now everyone go buy the cd "Lets rock!!!!!!"

I did some sight seeing in Helsinki,though I pretty much know how to get anywhere eyes closed. I was also hiding with Joona and Giuliano in the girls bathroom of DTM, because the old lady working there was really mean and told me to get ready to leave since after 6pm the place is only for over 18yos. F-F-Fine!!! Im so excited cause Giu told me he got shot for Hel-looks! Cant wait to see the picture!

Its been a week since I got back from Pukkelpop in Belgium. The most well organized festival Ive been to! I arrived on thursday when it all officially started.. of course I missed artists such as santogold, which was the only one i wanted to see with bloc party! It took me about 25min to walk from the camping areas entrance to my spot at the very end. The camping area was opposite the festival area so we could still hear pretty much everyone on stage..and yes I heard metallica,within temptation and the killers straight from my tent. Luxury! sort of..

I cant say a bad word of pukkelpop, it was allll good! it was situated in a cute little town of Hasselt-Kiewit, 70km from Brussels. You could (imagine) smell(ing) fresh baked croissants filled with chocolate when u woke up, thats how cute the place was! The best part was seeing bloc party! Honestly the best band there has ever been and ever will be. I saw so many bands I cant even remember which were good. I can tell you Yelle was such a let down I left after 2 songs...Oh and I found a cute little band called Pete&The Pirates! theyre super cool! Anddd since I was in a front row place watching Lightspeed Champion, I managed to get the pick(plectrum,whatever you like to call it) of Dev!(aka the coolest person around).. AND! On friday I met my friends friend... He wanted to go to the 3yr bday of FAG YOU!(http://www.fagsonfire.net/) so I went along since he knew Janne X, one of the "leaders" there,who would let us in..So I met him and I thought it would be awkward but it was so not! We had an amazing time getting very drunk together on expensive drinks and some free shots that we were sure included something VERY strong!We saw lots of cool people including Antti Asplund(www.anttiasplund.com) and ofcourse the people from hel-looks.. Im just waiting to see the lovely and embarrassing pictures of the night! I hope someone caught the funny moments on film like my friend dropping from the window sill into the lap of legendary hel-looks Vesa(atleast in my drunken head thats what happened) or watching Asplund dance on tables with a violin...the music by DJs JanneX and Jerry Bouthier(www.myspace.com/jerrybouthier) was abit too nice and loud to hear any classical music played by the fresh designer unfortunately...or maybe we were just lucky.

I was shocked last night, a really close person told me he thought about suicide like as a routine! Im very close to this guy and getting even closer... I got really scared.

To more positive things... I was looking at random finnish blogs when I found 2blogs talking about my-look-a-like, the other one was nice because the maker of it, I really dont have a clue where she found my blog!She seemed nice about my blog anyway.. and the second one was a guy that has been photographed and interviewed for my blog:) It was nice to realise some ppl actually have checked it out!

I feel bad for not updating it during the summer! grrrr Im going to have to start hunting on the streets again when I get back from belgium! Im leaving in a week to make the best of the last days of summer,Im going to Pukkelpop, a festival in the middle of nowhere:) You WILL see pictures of it, dont worry;)

So anyway, on the last day Yvan was in helsinki, we were supposed to meet up for a while but I didnt go, so a few hours from when i was supposed to see him I went uptown to see my friends and of course thats when i bumped into him! He looked at me up and down a thousand times, but NO he didnt take a picture of me:( oh well! He seemed abit pissed off I had cancelled on him.. anyway...

Grrr I got my friends ID (since im 17 and not 18...) to get into a few bars with a few guy friends of mine cz it was ones bday,and i was all dressed up for it but then my friend got mad at me cz she didnt want to go anywhere and she was supposed to stay at my house.. oh well we just went to sell some booze to our younger (!!!shock!!!) friends and had ice-cream and watched this bunch of cool kids infront of a club! Ive never seen "club kids" in helsinki before! Shock #2!

Yvan the face hunter is in town.
Isnt it funny, that I met him last january and we talked for hours, and still I felt abit sick in the morning from the thought that I might bump into yvan THE FACE HUNTER!
Everytime I saw a tall mister in the distance my heart stopped for a second. What would I say if he remembered me?? This will sound childish but to me he is an idol. I started making www.my-look-a-like.blogspot.com after we had talked and he made it sound like the dream job! For me its obviously not a job but oh well its so much fun!even though I dont get to travel like him or get paid to do it haha..
Oh well I didnt bump into him, thats when i realised Helsinki is alot bigger than I thought!
